CANCELLATION POLICY
Deposits are non-refundable but transferable as long as it’s within 48hrs of your appointment. Rescheduling links should be available in your confirmation emails. CANCELING YOUR APPOINTMENT WILL FORFEIT YOUR DEPOSIT. We collect a 25% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations within 48 hrs of appointment on services that do not require deposits.
